1966 Rolex Turn-O-Graph “Thunderbird” [Sold]
Introduced in 1953, the Turn-O-Graph was the first regular production Rolex model to offer a rotatable bezel, and received the nickname “Thunderbird” when the US Air Force demonstration team was issued the model later in the 1950s. Most commonly offered in steel or two-tone, it is unusual to see the model in 18k yellow gold with a matching Jubilee bracelet. This watch, dating to 1966, was just fully serviced and is in excellent vintage condition. Sorry, no box or papers with this one.
