1972 Omega Speedmaster Professional “Straight Writing” (145.022-69)

Referred to by collectors as the “Straight Writing”, this 1972 Omega Speedmaster is a transitional reference for the brand, featuring some newer features like the caliber 861 movement and the boldly proclaimed “FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON” engraved on the caseback. Just fully serviced, this example is in very good vintage condition with even patina on the original dial and hands and its original flat-link 1175/640 bracelet.
